In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing, browsing, or using the tk6883 Platform in any manner — including registering an Account, depositing funds, placing a Wager, or claiming a promotional offer — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting our support team at [email protected].

Access to and use of the tk6883 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You represent and warrant that you meet all of the following conditions at all times while using the Platform:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older. tk6883 strictly prohibits the use of its Platform by any individual under 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual private person and not on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or commercial entity for the purpose of placing wagers.
• You have not previously been self-excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the tk6883 Platform or any other gambling platform operated under the same group.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or contractor of tk6883 or any of its affiliated companies, nor are you an immediate family member of such an individual.
• You are not using the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited under applicable national law, and you accept full personal legal responsibility for determining the legality of your participation.

To use the betting services offered on tk6883, you must complete the Account registration process and provide accurate, complete, and current information as requested. The following rules apply to all Accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one Account. Registering or attempting to register more than one Account — whether under your own name, a family member's identity, or any other identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate personal details during registration including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile telephone number. tk6883 reserves the right to verify this information at any time via documentary proof.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been conducted by you, and you will be fully liable for all such activity.
• Prohibited Sharing: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise make your Account available to any other person.

tk6883 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close an Account without providing a reason, in its sole discretion. Any deposits held in refused or closed Accounts will be refunded net of any applicable withdrawal fees or charges incurred by tk6883.

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance, tk6883 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All Members are required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal and may be subject to additional verification at any time thereafter.

The KYC process requires you to submit the following documents to the tk6883 support team via the designated upload portal or email:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, legible photograph or scanned copy of a valid government-issued photographic identity document. Acceptable documents include Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), Indonesian Passport, or Indonesian Driver's License. All four corners of the document must be visible in the photograph.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill (electricity, water, gas, internet), bank statement, or government-issued correspondence dated within the last 90 days showing your full name and current residential address as registered on your tk6883 Account.
• Payment Method Verification: For bank card payments, a photograph of the front of the card showing the last four digits, cardholder name, and expiry date (the middle eight digits may be obscured). For e-wallet payments (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), a screenshot showing the registered account holder name and linked mobile number.

All financial transactions on the tk6883 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following provisions govern deposits, withdrawals, and other financial operations:

6.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum deposit limit per transaction, although individual payment channels may impose their own limits.
• tk6883 accepts deposits via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata (Indonesian bank transfer), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja (e-wallet), Visa, and Mastercard (international card payment).
• Deposits are typically credited to your Account Balance instantly upon successful confirmation by the payment processor. In rare cases, processing may take up to 15 minutes. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact live chat support immediately with your transaction reference number.
• tk6883 does not charge any platform-side fees for deposits. Third-party payment processors (banks, e-wallet providers, card networks) may impose their own transaction fees; these are beyond the control of tk6883 and are your sole responsibility.

6.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit per transaction, although exceptionally large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification or processed in instalments at the discretion of tk6883.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• For verified Accounts, withdrawal requests are typically processed within under 3 minutes during peak hours (08:00 – 22:00 WIB) and within 30 minutes outside peak hours. Unverified Accounts or Accounts subject to additional security review may experience longer processing times.
• All withdrawals are subject to successful completion of the KYC verification process described in Section 5 above.
• tk6883 reserves the right to request proof of deposit (bank statement, e-wallet transaction history, card statement) before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or where fraud or money laundering is suspected.
• tk6883 does not charge withdrawal fees. Your bank or e-wallet provider may impose receiving fees; these are your responsibility.

6.3 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited to your tk6883 Account are derived from legitimate sources and do not represent the proceeds of any criminal activity. tk6883 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward money laundering and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the Member concerned.

tk6883 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives (collectively "Bonuses"). All Bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms published alongside the promotional offer:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as turnover requirements or rollover requirements). The wagering requirement specifies the number of times the Bonus amount must be wagered before any winnings derived from the Bonus can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each Bonus will be clearly stated in the promotional terms at the point of offer.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward fulfilling wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated, sports betting typically contributes 100%, slot games contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10-20%, and togel markets contribute 50-100% depending on the specific draw type. Check the promotional terms for each Bonus to confirm game contribution rates.
• Expiry: Bonuses and any associated wagering requirements are subject to a validity period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated period, the Bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• Maximum Bet Limit: When playing with Bonus Funds, a maximum bet limit applies. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings. The maximum bet limit is stated in the specific promotional terms and typically ranges from Rp 25.000 to Rp 100.000 per wager.
• One Bonus Per Household: Promotional Bonuses are limited to one per person, per household, per IP address, per email address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim multiple Bonuses by creating duplicate Accounts or using different identity information constitutes Bonus abuse and will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all Bonuses and winnings.
• Withdrawal of Deposit Before Wagering: If you deposit funds to claim a Bonus and then immediately withdraw the deposit amount without placing any wagers, tk6883 reserves the right to void the Bonus and any winnings derived from it, and to impose a processing fee of up to 10% of the withdrawn amount.

All wagers placed on the tk6883 Platform are subject to the following general betting rules. Specific sports, casino games, and togel markets may have additional rules published on the relevant game or market page.

• Bet Acceptance: A wager is deemed accepted only when you receive an on-screen confirmation displaying the wager reference number, stake amount, odds, and potential return. If no such confirmation is received, the wager has not been accepted and no liability attaches to tk6883.
• Odds Changes: For pre-match sports betting, the odds applicable to your wager are the odds displayed at the moment you click the "Place Bet" button. For live in-play betting, odds change rapidly and the final accepted odds may differ slightly from those shown when you initiated the wager.
• Settlement: Sports betting markets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (FIFA, UEFA, EPL, BRI Liga 1, etc.). tk6883 does not recognize subsequent appeals, overturned results, or disqualifications unless explicitly stated in the market rules. Togel markets are settled based on the official draw results as published by the relevant lottery authority (Singapore Pools, Hongkong Jockey Club, Sydney Pools).
• Voided Bets: If a sporting event or togel draw is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, wagers on that event will be voided and stakes refunded to your Account Balance unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time.
• Maximum Winnings: tk6883 may impose a maximum payout limit on certain markets. For sports betting, the maximum single-bet payout is typically Rp 500.000.000 (five hundred million Rupiah). For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, the maximum payout is typically Rp 1.000.000.000 (one billion Rupiah). Check the specific sport or market rules for applicable limits.
• Results Disputes: If you believe a wager has been settled incorrectly, you must notify tk6883 within 7 days of the settlement by emailing [email protected] with your wager reference number and a clear explanation of the dispute. tk6883's decision on the correct settlement is final and binding.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk6883 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, confiscation of funds, and permanent exclusion from the Platform:

• Underage Gambling: Any use of the Platform by a person under 21 years of age.
• Duplicate Accounts: Registering or operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or under false identity information.
• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, providing false identity documents, engaging in chargeback fraud, or any other form of financial dishonesty.
• Collusion and Syndicate Betting: Coordinating with other Members to place correlated wagers, exploit market inefficiencies, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage. This includes use of automated betting bots, arbitrage software, or participation in professional betting syndicates.
• Insider Betting: Placing wagers based on non-public information obtained through your participation in, employment by, or affiliation with a sporting team, league, or governing body.
• Bonus Abuse: As described in Section 7, any attempt to abuse promotional offers through duplicate Accounts, collusion, or other manipulative conduct.
• Offensive Conduct: Using abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory language toward tk6883 staff or other Members in live chat, email, or any other communication channel.
• Hacking and Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, other Members' Accounts, or tk6883's internal systems.

10.1 Suspension by tk6883: tk6883 reserves the right to suspend your Account temporarily or permanently, without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in any prohibited conduct, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform. Suspended Accounts will be investigated, and a final decision on permanent closure or reinstatement will be communicated within 30 days.

10.2 Closure by Member: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected] from your registered email address. Upon receipt of your closure request, tk6883 will process any pending withdrawals and close the Account within 7 business days. Any funds remaining in your Account Balance after all pending wagers have been settled will be refunded to your registered payment method.

10.3 Self-Exclusion: If you believe your gambling activity is becoming problematic, you may request voluntary self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months. During the self-exclusion period, your Account will be locked and you will be unable to log in, deposit, or place wagers. See our Responsible Gaming page for full details on self-exclusion.

All content displayed on the tk6883 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software code, and the overall "look and feel" of the Platform — is the exclusive property of tk6883 or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of placing personal wagers for entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of tk6883.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk6883 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. tk6883 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free, or secure.

tk6883 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, unauthorized access to your Account by third parties, or any technical malfunction beyond our reasonable control.

tk6883 is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations. Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

By registering an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the transfer of your data to third-party service providers (payment processors, KYC verification services, cloud hosting providers) as necessary to operate the Platform and deliver the services you have requested.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of any changes. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tk6883 is incorporated and licensed, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, your use of the Platform, or the relationship between you and tk6883 shall be resolved in the first instance through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body.

You acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in certain jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation in the Platform is lawful under the laws applicable to your place of residence. tk6883 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions.
